Dalmatian cape

One of my older photos (sorry, blogspot made a mess from it, click on it too view it less crappy). This was my first ever cape a sew, I like it very much although I do not wear it often, in summer it is too hot to wear it (maybe during the summer nights when the temperature goes a little down) and during autumn it is not enought, I would be cold.  I used this free pattern on Burda style website. I am planning on making a winter cape from blue velvet I have been stashing for two or maybe even three years, I am little affraid of working with velvet, it frays a lot. Well, wish me luck on that project :)
