Today´s outfit is inspired by Parisian elegant style of dressing and by prisoner "fashion". Did you watch cartoons where there were characters of prisoners with their characteristic black and white striped clothes when you were a kid? I did and when I rediscovered the Jersey mini dress in my wardrobe and stumbled upon the striped pencil skirt, I just had to make this outfit work, which was not actually difficult (at least I like it). The only thing I am missing is the black mask the cartoon characters were usually wearing, but hey! at least I am wearing the sunglasses. I wanted to put some colour in the outfit - hence the yellow vintage handbag. I really like its design so I have been thinking a lot lately about creating my own design of a handbag based on this one. I also have a strong personal attachment to this handbag, which makes it even more special to me. I will have to think a bit more about this plan.
My mind is overflowing with plans lately. It started a few years ago but the time to make them real is very close now. It looks right now that it is a matter of days actually. I don´t share much personal information with you, my readers, on my blog, you have probably already noticed. I will just say that the past maybe six months was very important to me, it made me realize what I really want to do with my life, where to head in my future. I was analyzing everything lately and soon I will be able to make it all real (or at least try to make it real). What am I talking about? I don´t want to speak too soon rignt now in case some obstacle emerges but it should not be that difficult for you to detect what am I up to - it is probably a bit cliché thing for a fashion blogger. But it has been my dream since the times before this blog was created. So bear with me and keep your fingers crossed for me, please.
