Winter Dyzajn Market 🎁🎄 BLOGmas: Day 8

On the eighth day of Blogmas I prepared for you a photo report from the winter edition of Dyzajn Market, that is held this and next weekend (8th, 9th, 15th, 16th December) on the Václav Havel´s square near the National Theatre in Prague. This time there was a lot to choose from, you can see my favourites below.

Na osmý den Blogmas jsem si připravila fotoreportáž ze zimního Dyzajn Marketu, který se koná tento a příští víkend (8., 9., 15., 16. prosince) na náměstí Václava Havla u Národního divadla v Praze. I tentokrát bylo mnoho pěkného, z čeho se dalo vybírat. Níže se můžete podívat na mé favority.

In the recent time the trend of retro metal cups with cute drawings is spreading a lot. I saw them for the first time maybe a year ago as merch of various Instagram accounts. Then their creators surfaced and offer various versions.

Poslední dobou se hodně šíří trend retro plechových hrnků s různými malůvkami. Prvně se objevily asi před rokem, často jako merch některých accountů na Instagramu. Pak se objevili prodejci specializující se na jejich prodej.

There were also a few sellers of leather satchels. I have been craving one for a long time but I still haven' t found the perfect one. They are often made as a backpack and I prefer a handbag. I like the look of "satchel", the bag with two pockets at the front.

Na trhu bylo také pár prodejců kožených brašen. Dlouhodobě bych nějakou chtěla, ale ještě se mi nepodařilo narazit na pro mě ideální kousek. Často jsou totiž dělané jako batůžek a já dávám přednost kabelce. Zároveň se mi líbí střih typu "satchel" se dvouma kapsama vepředu.

There were also a lot of stalls with refreshments. I would love to taste a little from everything but I don't have a big enough belly that would let me go for some major foodie spree.

Na Marketu bylo samozřejmě dost stánků s občerstvením. Často mě mrzí, že nemohu ochutnat od všeho trochu, mám prostě moc malé břicho na nějaké zásadnější foodie hody.

This time the Market was held in the time before Christmas so there were tons of people, when it started to bother me I had to leave. They were probably looking for some presents and it was also a nice weather, which lured people out.

Vzhledem k tomu, že se jednalo o akci pořádanou před Vánoci, bylo na Marketu hafo lidí. Chvílemi mi to až vadilo, tak jsem to pak už musela zabalit. Je fakt, že spousta z nich zřejmě ještě sháněla vánoční dárky a navíc bylo pěkné počasí, což spíše lidi zláká ven.

If you are looking for an original Christmas gift, you should give the Dyzajn Market a try. You will just have to be patient with the mass of visitors, but you can buy some hot drink to make it a bit more pleasant experience :)
Pokud sháníte nějaký originální dárek, pak se sem určitě podívejte. Obrňte s však trpělivostí, protože se budete sunout davem. Možná vám to zpříjemní nějaký horký nápoj :)
