Just a few more days are left before these cherry blossom trees start shedding their pink petals... mimicking big pinkish snowflakes. It is so wonderful to look at and at the same time you realize that nothing lasts forever. This moment is for me the perfect example of Japanese "ukio-e" that depicts the fleeting moments of beauty.
Už zbývá jen pár dní než tyto sakury začnou shazovat své růžové okvětní lístky... připomíná to pak velké narůžovělé vločky sněhu. Je to velkolepá podívaná, ale zároveň si člověk uvědomuje, že nic netrvá věčně. Tento okamžik je pro mě dokonalým příkladem japonských "ukio-e" zobrazujících pomíjivost krásy.
